01 Digital Score Access

Users are granted access to browse the Bity Iju Tonic Solfa Library. All scores provided are digitally typeset and audited for technical precision. Unauthorized crawling or "scraping" of the library database is strictly prohibited and monitored by system security.

02 The 1-Free Download Standard

To support musical development, every unique email identity is permitted one (1) free download of any score in our library. Attempting to bypass this limit via temporary emails or alias identities constitutes a breach of service and may result in a permanent IP block from the terminal.

03 Payment & Verification Logic

From the second download onwards, users must adhere to the prescribed rates (₦1,000/pg for Anthems/Hymns, ₦500/pg for Choruses).

• Payments are made via the provided bank accounts.
• Digital delivery is triggered only after Admin Receipt Verification.
• Receipts must be clear and include the transaction reference.

04 Refund & Delivery Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods (PDF Solfa scores), all sales are final once the file has been dispatched to the user's email. If a file is corrupted or fails to deliver via our SMTP Mailer, users must contact the Support Hub within 24 hours for a re-dispatch.

05 Intellectual Property

All Tonic Solfa transcriptions provided by Bity Iju Choral Concept are protected by copyright. Purchase of a score grants the user a "Performance License" for their choir. Redistribution, re-selling, or uploading these scores to other public scores without written consent is strictly prohibited.
